Counselling Services

Counselling can help people to cope with a variety of issues and difficulties that may encounter in their lifespan.

These may include mental health conditions, disrupting physical health conditions, difficult life events, relationships issues, career and work-related issues and stress  or advanced age issues.

People may also seek counselling when they want to change something in their lives when this is not “working” as well as it used to, when they wish to get support during a life or a role change or when they simply  wish to explore their thoughts and feelings in more depth.
